Karur Vysya Bank (1916) is a reputed bank in India with 684 branches spread across 20 states in India. With millions of customers, Karur Vysya Bank needed an application for their customers to handle the day to day banking operations.

We started this project with a detailed understanding of the customer base of the bank and their requirements. Conducting discussions with the top management and their in-house IT engineering team, we designed the application to suit their customer needs.

One of the core idea of the application is to reduce the hassle for the customer in visiting the bank for day to day operations. The core activities needed for the customer were identified and they were made available through internet, accessible from their mobiles. Being a banking industry, security and reliability are supreme. Design and development were carried out in accordance with industry best practices and standards.

Based on the discussions with the internal team, additional security components were implemented. The application will be used by many of the bank’s customers on a daily basis and accordingly user interfaces were designed. With constant updates in the bank’s offerings for its customers, along with maintenance, the application was updated as and when required with latest updates made available to its customers.
